We like how this animation sets the beach on fire, and reveals the feline inside.
Wazzup Talea, thanks for this classic photo montage morph with a distinctly alien twist. The truth is (still) out there!
Got this time lapse (or generation-leaping, depending) treasure in from anlongbeach.
Morpheus user spencer_murphy submitted this charming animation called "Nick & I."
Thanks to Morpheus aficionado annandrige for this animation of “Abot’s baby at 5 wks 3 days” morphing into young Cameron by the lake. A couple of young pups with a family resemblance? We think so…
He’s got the sideburns, the French beret, the buttoned up shirt AND the drawing skills. We’re just wondering if those are books or DVDs. Whatever they are, they dissolve away in the simpler world of the drawn character. We also like how the lines on the shirt collar morph perfectly into the drawing. Nice work.
Helene sent this one. Fantastic grasp of timing and setup – the facial features are smoothly transitioned and the pace is nice. Care put into choosing the right photos and then plotting the transform points can really make a so-so animation into something remarkable. Way to go, Helene!
Animania! goes international with this animation that came in titled “Nous Deux.” It’s like a mini foreign movie – but no need for subtitles so no strain on your eyes!
We like this one for its upbeat emotion. It’s alive and preserves the happy expression of this emotion in both beast and boy, from beginning to end. We also like to see users take advantage of the backwards morph, so we can see the reverse morph as part of the animation.
We’re not sure who this Nik is, but he does a fine Belushi imitation and has wilder hair to boot. Nice slow and strange – animania indeed!
Let’s go back in time through the corrective lenses of a Morpheus girl, to visit the ancestral past. Intelligent design, indeed.
We liked this animation, as it uses still photos but introduces movement to give the morph a real dynamic feel, like a camera is zooming in while a girl is transforming, presumably into her significant other. We also like the effect of architecture transforming smoothly as an added bonus. Well done!
We found this sophisticated morph in our archives. It shows the beautiful transformation of a girl into a woman – nicely done!
